A bit of a twist on the old-favourite, these lamb burgers are super quick and easy to make and taste delicious.
I love the addition of feta, which makes them beautiful and tender inside, and the honey adds a lovely subtle sweetness. And of course the rosemary, which pairs beautifully with lamb dishes.
500g lamb mince
2 tablespoons honey
1 sprig rosemary, leaves chopped
100g feta cheese
Olive oil (for cooking)
Place mince, honey and rosemary in a mixing bowl
Crumble feta over the top and mix all ingredients together
Shape into 5 burger patties
Cook on grill or frypan for five minutes each side or until cooked through
Serve on wholegrain bun with salad
